Residential Construction Company in Bastrop, Texas needs a general laborer to join our team

Must Have:

Great Attitude (this is #1 for a reason - Construction is hard work)
Transportation to and from jobsites (shared vehicles will not work - may be required to visit multiple sites in a day - most but not all work will be in Bastrop County)
Ability to follow directions as given (even if you think you know a better way)
Attention to detail (small misses can lead to big mistakes)
Ability to work full time (8 hours daily) and OT as needed
Must have a cell phone - scheduling and to-dos are done electronically
Must be able to work outside in hot or cold weather

This is an entry level position and we are looking for someone willing to listen, learn and grow their skill set.

Work can start immediately for the right person.

We work 7-3:30 and 8-4:30 depending on the job. We have 30 minute lunch periods.

Pay starts at $12.00 hourly and will increase as your skill level grows.

Updating the outside of a home in Red Rock. We fixed all the rotten and broken pieces of exterior siding, nailed the loose boards, sealed all the cracks with caulk and then painted the siding, trim and doors.
