Great review from Kevin... "Technician arrived on time, introduced himself and presented his card. He explained what he was going to to do in advance . He worked quickly , did not waste time, and did not impact our schedule. He explained in detail what he had done, the status of our system, and answered all of our questions. He was courteous and professional."

Great review from Jimmy... "We were closing on my Father-n-law's condo and had agreed to have the HVAC system service prior to closing. The buyer had stipulated invoice with pictures 72 hours prior to closing. My normal HVAC guy was out of town so I scheduled him for Monday (Tuesday was the day to submit invoices). Unfortunately, my guy contacted me Monday morning that he was going to the hospital and could not make it. My coworker recommended Conner Services, I contacted the company and explained that I needed same day service. The Lady was very helpful and scheduled their technician Ron Edelman for 2 pm, she stated if he finished up early he would contact me. Ron did contact me and was onsite an hour early. Ron was thorough in his inspection and oh the AC and heating systems. He not cleaned the inside coils but wiped the outside of the units. He provided a detail report and pictures. I was happy with cost and the experience. I believe I have found the company that will service my Virginia Beach Home HVAC system in the future."

Great review from Stacee... "We had a pipe burst in our home and as 1st time homeowners, panic set in! From the moment I called and spoke with Liz Conner, she made me feel calm and reassured me that they would come out and take care of it asap. She called my husband back and let him know they had a tech available and was on the way! It was a matter of a few hours in between the two calls! Matt was extremely professional and efficient in replacing the damaged pipe(it was in a difficult area in the wall behind our water heater, too!). He finished up the job and sent a quote for a replacement water heater that my husband had requested.
Overall, I highly recommend Conner!! We will be using them again for all our plumbing needs!"
