This beautiful executive ranch is wrapping up in Scarborough soon. We haven't built many spec houses in recent years but we came across one of the nicest lots I had seen in years on Beech Ridge Road and couldn't help but build this one. 2100 sf, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. Huge master suite, walk in shower and large rear/front covered porches. Should be hitting the market in the coming weeks!

Design Build Associates of Maine just wrapped up another custom home in S**o off the Jenkins Road. The Violette's are very happy customers as we got them moved in almost a month early. Thank you to my hard working crew for making it all happen!

A recent wrap up on this custom build up in Naples. This customer sent us a "barnominium" plan and wanted it transformed into a more traditional house. I think it worked out pretty well. Amazing location, Amazing views and an Amazing customer! Oh and the house turned out pretty good too. Nice work to our team of craftsman on making this customer so happy. It was a good way to send her into the holidays to celebrate.

The first house completed in Brunswick, 11 Sisters Way, for Jen and Rich Weiss. This house turned out beautiful and the customer is thrilled to be moving their family to Maine from Maryland. Now to start finishing her sisters house next door! Nice job to all my team for making it happen.
