Soft morning light, beautiful birdsong, and the kind of peaceful serenity that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile.

One of our Nordics has been beautifully transformed into one of two thoughtfully curated vacation rentals at Alluvion Farmstead in Sparta, Tennessee, and we absolutely love seeing what they’ve created.

It’s always special to watch one of our buildings become something more, but there’s something particularly magical about seeing the Nordic tucked into a setting like this. A cozy retreat, a quiet escape, and a beautiful reminder of just how much possibility can begin with the right space.
