Adam Home Services is looking for a high-energy, creative, and outgoing Social Media & Content Creator to fully own and lead our social media presence across all platforms.
This is not a โpost when toldโ roleโwe are looking for someone who will take complete ownership of our brand online. You will work alongside our marketing agency, but your focus will be on bringing the personality, voice, and day-to-day content that makes Adam Home Services stand out as the most relatable, trusted, and community-driven home services company in the area.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐โ๐น๐น ๐๐ผ:
Fully manage and own all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Create viral, engaging, and trend-driven content (video, reels, stories, posts)
Be the face and voice of the brand when needed (on camera comfort is a big plus)
Capture in-the-field content with technicians and customers (service calls, team moments, before/after work, etc.)
Collaborate with our marketing agency on strategy while executing the day-to-day creative direction
Engage with comments, messages, and community interactions in a friendly, professional tone
Highlight promotions, services, and customer stories in a fun and relatable way
Represent Adam Home Services in a way that feels local, warm, and trustworthy

Outgoing, bubbly, and naturally friendly personality
Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with customers and team members
Creative mindset with an eye for trends, storytelling, and viral content
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a role
Comfortable working some weekends when needed (events, seasonal content, job-site moments, trending opportunities)
Self-starter who doesnโt wait for directionโyou create the direction
Passion for social media and understanding what performs well online
