Lead technician Jake performing some routine maintenance in Tuscany woods!

Another one! 🔥

This sad Heil unit’s life was cut short by an improper installation: not enough return air, no combustion air intake and just made it work.

The new Ameristar system looks great and it’s set up to work properly, with a functional filter rack, improved return air, and the thermostat moved to a more convenient location.

We also replaced the necessary components for the LP conversion. This shop is set up for comfort and reliable operation!

I spy with my little eye a Jake on the roof checking the exhaust termination!

A part of our maintenance includes checking all the venting to ensure proper drafting.

As for now, we’ve disabled the furnace. the temperature outside is 75°, so they will be OK until we return tomorrow to fix the exhaust and make sure no carbon monoxide is leaking into the house.

All the previous HVAC companies and not a single person caught that.

A little look at what goes into boiler maintenance!

On this one, we cleaned the burners, replaced a thermocouple, and checked the pump and venting. There’s a lot more to making sure everything is operating properly, but we don’t want to bore you!

Every boiler is a little different, but regular maintenance helps keep things running as they should.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ANOTHER HAPPY SHADOW CUSTOMER! 🫶🔥

We’ve pulled out so many Carrier, Goodman, and Lennox systems and replaced them with American Standard products.

If we got a dollar for every one, we could put 20 roundabouts and stop lights at Briar Hill and Route 72. 😅

we’ve been keeping busy, and our customers are staying comfortable.

Ready to kick that old turd to the curb? Whether you’re planning ahead or your system has already quit, Shadow Heating & Cooling is here to help. Give us a call!

Did you know Shadow Heating & Cooling services most types of boilers and radiant heat systems?

It’s a bit of a dying breed, unfortunately. But ask anyone who has lived with radiant heat, and they’ll tell you how comfortable it is.

If your boiler needs service or you have questions about your radiant heat system, give Shadow a call. We’re happy to help maintain your homes boiler!
