It’s gonna be over 100 degrees Friday-Sunday. If your system is doing ok or barely working you should probably call us earlier than later, because those weekend rates can get expensive.
Prepare yourself:
- change your air filter
- Check batteries in thermostat
- open all vents
- run then fan blower constantly
- rinse/clean off your AC unit.
- try to keep shades closed on sunny side

We recommend at least once a month rinse your AC coils off with water during the cooling season. Or it can break down during the hot weather spikes. Also keep grass, plants, trees from growing into your AC and maintain at least 12”+ from the unit.

Heat Exchanger changeout! Warranty work and start-up with all adjustments. Dirty air filters, wrong air flow, closed vents, gas pressure, etc. all can cause over heating and cause your heat exchanger to fail prematurely.
