Footers are poured and we are ready for foundation walls at the Topeka new build

There was quite a bit of hardwood timber that was able to be saved.
Thankful to have bigger equipment on this one, with that stump being around 12’ tall for scale

This was a fun driveway cut in for the Topeka build. We worked through a large berm with full grown trees and created a steady slope through rolling terrain

We are under way on this new home SouthEast of Topeka
Some cool aspects are:

- Large covered back porch with great views

Goodness knows we've had enough rain to test out this built in dog wash, conveniently located next to the stacked washer and dryer. Making wet gear simple to wash! 🧼🙌
