Completed this concrete staircase repair and brought the top landing back to its original slope and elevation. We sealed all cracks along the sides and steps to help protect the repair and extend the life of the concrete.

At On the Level, we take extra steps on even our concrete patches by tying everything together with rebar reinforcement. A few extra minutes of preparation and quality workmanship translates into years of added life for the repair.

This homeowner needed a sewer repair completed in order to close on their home. Being a younger homeowner, they didn’t have the time or budget to go without a driveway—so we stepped in with a high-quality solution.

Instead of a full replacement, we completed a structural patch designed to last. We installed dowels, reinforced with rebar, and matched the finish to the existing apron at the street so everything ties in clean.

Even our patches are done right—because cutting corners isn’t an option when it comes to concrete.

This project had significant negative drainage toward the house. We removed the existing driveway, installed new window wells, and regraded the entire area to ensure proper drainage away from both the house and garage. A lot of planning went into correcting the drainage on this one, and the final finish came out perfectly—On the Level.

Been a little behind on posting lately because we’ve been busy doing what matters most—bidding work and growing 📈 so first off, thank you to everyone supporting On the Level.

Here’s a clean patio extension we wrapped up. Even though this isn’t a high-traffic area, we don’t cut corners—this one still got full reinforcement and doweled into the existing slab to ensure it stays locked in and performs long term.

That’s the difference. We build everything the right way, every time—no shortcuts, no excuses.
