We are excited to share these beautiful photos from our favorite condo remodel last season at the Trieste at Bay Colony. This unit was a complete gut from head to toe, including removing walls, new cast iron plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler system and sliding glass doors.

Love these "After" photos of this condo we remodeled at the Trieste in Bay Colony last season. This was another FULL gut remodel where we took this condo down to the studs, moved walls, all new plumbing, electrical and HVAC and then put it back together to fit this clients clean and contemporary style.

Excited to share the official "After" photos of this condo remodel from last season at LeCeil Park Tower on Gulf Shore Blvd N in Naples, FL. Walls were moved, rooms were added, ceilings were raised, all exterior windows and sliders were replaced, all new plumbing, electrical and HVAC throughout. This remodel really was a complete gut down to the bones and then rebuilt into the gorgeous modern unit that you see here.

We love a good dramatic before and after reveal of a kitchen or bathroom remodel. But we also LOVE how simply adding a custom millwork piece like this fireplace can dramatically transform a space as well!
