Today, Colonial Chemical Solutions announces the acquisition of Integrity Partners Group — including Chemisphere and Chemsolv, expanding our geographic footprint and strengthening our ability to serve customers across more markets and applications.

As we integrate IPG’s people, assets, and capabilities into our platform, our focus is a thoughtful integration guided by proven practices across both organizations.
