Did you know? You shouldn’t use coolant with Capstone™-360! It’s also beneficial to use an air blast directed at and positioned as close as possible to the cutting zone, to extend tool life!

The operation is slotting at .03” DOC, and by alternating which side of the slot was cut every time the depth changed, we were able to reduce cycle time and use a .5” dia tool to make a .545” width slot!
