We recently wrapped up this unique, Northwest inspired modern home on a sloping lot in Brunswick. This custom home features a texturally rich mix of exterior materials including stone, cedar, metal and composite siding. The cedar soffits, accent wall and rails are custom milled on site to have a nickel gap reveal and are woven around the corners in soffit areas. The LP Smartside siding was also milled on site to achieve the staggered horizontal look. All the porches are complimented by cable rails and that look was carried through to the interior steps and rails as well. Land/hardscaping will be finished in the spring but for now enjoy the photoshopped grass!

We are happy to share we're building this new medical residence for Liberty ARC and we're even happier to be working with this fantastic organization again! They provide vital services to people with disabilities in our community and we are honored to provide them with another wonderful home.

Spectacular bird's eye view of one of our current projects! We started the foundation on this 5,000 square foot custom home in February and are also doing all the site work. More updates to follow on what is shaping up to be a true modern masterpiece!!
