ENGINEER - OPERATIONS / PRODUCTION
Ward Manufacturing LLC

An immediate mid-level position exists for a degreed engineer with experience in mechatronics, robotics, implementation of new projects, troubleshooting of equipment, holding devices, and machine tooling, designing, installing and optimization of machine tools and processes within the plant. Position will be responsible for CNC programming of lathes, transfer machines, mills, and any new machinery and processes. Additional qualifications include a combination of experience in both mechanical and electrical fields with CNC program logic experience a definite plus.

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

Ward Manufacturing LLC has an immediate opening for an Electrical Supervisor. Must have a minimum of 2 years supervisory and manufacturing experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on electrical experience working in skilled trades. The successful candidate will have demonstrated in depth electrical knowledge, along with the ability to develop and lead teams in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Associate or Bachelor's degree in the trade preferred.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Ward Manufacturing LLC has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor. Must have a minimum of 2 years prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting and a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience. Successful candidates must have in depth knowledge in the following areas: Machining, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, & Welding. Candidates must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
