COMMAND CONSTRUCTION IS HIRING. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and adherence to safety regulations.

Role requires heavy equipment experience.

Pay based on experience. Prevailing wage work also!

The Cushman team knocking out a tough storm project in Windsor Locks CT! Installation of 30” pipe over 12 feet deep across a road with many utilities and obstructions. Two gas mains, two water mains, sewer line and various old utilities. The existing brownstone channel was left intact in some spots to slide the new pipe through. Three new catch basins and one manhole to fix this aging infrastructure. Logistically a very tough job but the guys knocked it out with ease. The road remained open at the end of every day. Our friends at JVIII came in and paved it up to finish up the job.

A quick sewer line repair in New Britain. One day was spent getting through the frost. The next we replaced the deteriorated pipe. Backfilled and paved!

Both crews put some pipe in the ground today! The Deanamal crew crossed a local road to install a new power/cable service for a new construction home. The other crew installed a new 4x6 inch tee and gate valves for a water main project in Bloomfield! A productive Monday.

Final sub grading on the interior of this new arena at our project. We brought in a laser guided bobcat and it made all the difference. Ready for footing installation this week.

Replacement of an old galvanized water service. Service was leaking into the basement. Gas line on one side and sewer on the other. We had to pull the new copper water service under the existing stoop and walkway. Finally we made our connection to a very deep curb box! We specialize in the difficult ones!

Chasing, replacing, and installing new drain lines on this new apartment remodel. The masons built the elevator shaft and cleaned out there mixer into the catch basin everyday. After chasing all the cement filled pipes we replaced them and installed and new catch basin right before the snow fell.

The crew got the old girl all shined up for truck convoy last week! It was awesome to get out for a great cause. Then it was straight back to work for the truck!
