This is from early March, but I am glad we finally got this home a reliable heating and cooling system.
We rebuilt the furnace deck, added an easy access filter, sealed/improved air flow, and numerous other upgrades not shown here.
Its always nice to hear that all our hard work paid off and in the end and they are happy as can be.

Here is a Trane 18 SEER Variable Speed heat pump. XV18/Tam9 combo.

Everything related to the HVAC system was replaced (minus the line-set). We also added a 5” pleated filter for increased indoor air quality.

All is easily contolled from a Trane XL850 thermostat or even through your mobile phone!

New XL15c Trane gas/electric package unit. That roof sure looks alot better with that new roof curb compared to the old rusty one.

New return ducting, nest thermostat, and most importantly (I think), a condensate drain that doesn’t leak right onto the patio where everyone sits.

After getting it by “just one more year”, this old straggler was finally ready for replacement. A new Trane XL15 2-Stage Gas Heating and Cooling System, rated at 15 SEER/12 EER, took on the job.

The Indoor Air Quaility has been dramatically improved after air sealing all the ducting, improving air filtration, and adding an AirScrubber for additional odor and bacterial control.

Checking and adjusting manifold pressures on a long over due maintenance. Most times they are never adjusted from install properly and can cause issues or pre-mature failure of components.

Have your gas furnace inspected, cleaned, and serviced annually to ensure correct and safe operation.

New return air duct after the original was blocked off during construction.
