With fourteen years of experience as landlords in the local market and several completed rehabs our core business is set for growth. Combined with fourteen years of experience in residential construction management, seven years of sales experience, degrees in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing and Engineering we have the foundation to build a successful real estate business.

This project has consumed the vast majority of 2024 and light is starting to appear at the end of the tunnel! These projects are a huge undertaking, and the end is what really separates the companies who do it right and everyone else. The last 10% is everything the client will see and it demands above average care and attention to detail (also, when you cared just as much doing the first steps in concrete and framing correctly it also makes this easier 👌🏻)

Our Story

KLR Construction was born out of a passion for construction that grew from DIY projects at my childhood home with my father, and a lifelong love of woodworking that was nurtured in shop class in high school. After a construction management career with involvement in commercial and multifamily new construction, residential renovation and historic renovation, it was time to to feed my entrepreneurial spirit and build a business! Here at KLR Construction we really live the old cliche that if you do what you love you will never work a day in your life. This isn’t to say that building isn’t hard work, but that we start each day excited to take on the challenges that both building construction and running a business present. Our greatest pleasure is making our clients dreams come true, whether it’s a bathroom renovation, a new kitchen, an addition, or a commercial fit-out. Each project is special to our clients, it’s an update to their home or in some cases it “is” their business, and we keep that in mind during every project we take on. We hope to have the opportunity to create something special for you someday!
