Blessed to be a part of this office buildout. Inset baseboard and casing on the left. Rift white oak wall with a white oak opening, featuring a 1/4 inch shadow line around it.

Providing top notch quality starts long before millwork is delivered to site.

Spent a day at newest project correcting some RO's, moving walls to be perfectly plumb, adding backing for beams and our balusters, and marking studs.

That is a day well spent. It will pay dividends when it is time for millwork install.

Recently wrapped up this showroom for Renneberg Hardwoods. Is it the prettiest ceiling in the world? No. But, it showcases 7 different styles of T&G you can purchase from them.

Isn't it crazy how much warmth you can bring to a room with some wood?

This was a quick ceiling project for some great clients local to Waconia.

We supplied & milled the tongue & groove, finished it with a custom stain mix, installed + site built the beam.

Coffered ceilings.

They are intimidating for the first time, but once you get into it - you realize they are actually quite easy to build.

We prefer to build all of our 1x boxes and crown boxes on a workbench. Utilizing the "stitch" method gives you the best of both worlds - efficiency and quality.

To stitch the crown boxes, you measure and cut all your miters, glue up your miters, and use an upholstery stapler on the back of the miters to hold it together (see last pic). First learned 5-6 years ago thanks to Spencer at

I prefer TB3 as it has a longer glue up time, and I am able to get my crown box in while it is still setting up.

Who else loves the look or loves to work on coffered ceilings?

Clients were sick of their builder grade living room, needed more storage for kids toys, and wanted to update the most used area of their home.

We built, finished, and installed these cabinets and book shelves. It is an elegant look that checked all the boxes.

Bonus points for using beadboard on the back, it adds another layer of detail to the room.

Throwback to this job we completed for .designbuild last summer.

These gable beams supplied by transformed the entry way / living room to a whole new vibe.

Basement bar and theater room gave the family a new space to hangout and enjoy time at home!

Stairways are some of our favorite projects. It takes an enormous amount of skill, patience, and foresight to remodel a pre existing stairway.

We brought this one to life. It is now a focal point in their home... they will be wrapping the treads with updated carpet in the near future.
