CES Engineering is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Land Development Team in our Huntingdon, PA office. This position offers hybrid remote work flexibility, allowing a balance between in-office collaboration and remote work. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise and project management experience in site development, stormwater management, and erosion & sediment control design.

โข Plan, organize, and manage multiple land development projects
โข Lead coordination with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and consultants
โข Prepare reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates
โข Design and oversee production of engineering drawings
โข Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
โข Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and regulations
โข Supervise project progress from concept through completion
โข Support business development efforts, including expanding private-sector client relationships
โข Maintain and strengthen client and stakeholder relationships

โข Bachelorโs degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or Landscape Architecture
โข Minimum 5+ years of experience in land development and site design
โข Strong experience with:
o Grading and site layout
o Stormwater management design
o Erosion & sediment control (E&S)
o Roadway, drainage, water, and sewer design
โข Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
โข Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
โข Strong written and verbal communication skills
โข Ability to prepare proposals and project budgets
โข Proficiency in Microsoft Office
