-CUTTER HEAD-

This is a cutter head, goes on a dredge that stirs up soil under water for mining purposes. Interior plates were cut and fit. Outter plates to protect the base metal and sealed with CP2000 wire after regular hard wire. This was classified as a repair but was more like a modification.

-DAMAGED HYDROLIC WOOD CHIPPER-

Bolt that connects the feed control bar to the feed tray had broke clean in half. We cleaned up and beveled both sides where they make contact. Finished with filling the gap with 7018 rod.

-DAMAGED HYDROLIC FED WOOD CHIPPER-

We plasma cut the bent chanel holding the locking mechanism for the discharge chute, ground what was left flush to prepare for the fresh chanel, stick welded in place, and then welded a fresh new mechanism.

Reinforcing a structural column, due to decay and rust. Backhoe and concrete saw used, and back-filled with concrete.
