Kimmie Rhodes has written with Willie, toured with Emmylou, and collected 19 albums and a Hall of Fame induction along the way. Gabriel grew up in all of it and became the guitarist the Austin Chronicle called "Most Valuable Prodigy." They're bringing the stories, the songs, and the whole thing to the Red House for Labor Day weekend. Dinner starts at six. Cannot wait to see you there!

Kicking off Labor Day weekend with a full day together at Frio Cañon! Yoga at 9 AM, dinner at the Red House at 6 PM, and Kimmie Rhodes and her son, Gabriel on stage at 7 PM. We're all here and about to send summer off right!

Labor Day weekend is one of our community favorites. We're prepping for a proper Goodbye-Summer Bash on Saturday, September 5th.

We'll kick off the weekend with yoga at 9 AM. There is sure to be lots of river fun and trail time all day long. Then, dinner at the Red House at 6 PM, and Kimmie & Gabriel Rhodes on stage at 7 PM. We can't wait to see you here!

Rocking chairs pulled into a circle under the oaks, shade thick enough to hold onto the whole afternoon.

Part of life at Frio Cañon is being outside as much as in, that indoor-outdoor rhythm where the porch and the yard feel like just another room.

Along the Frio, a wall of glass can do more than let light in, it can frame the land itself.

This walkway connects two parts of the home with a glass corridor, so instead of cutting the view off, every step through it keeps the trees and hills in full view. It's a small architectural choice that changes how the whole property feels to walk through.
