In-house manufacturing is the backbone of our business. We don’t just slap a purple sticker on someone else’s tool and call it a day. We design, engineer, machine, and assemble it.

By owning the entire process from the first CAD drawing to the final touches on the assembly floor, we get the total quality control that our products are known for—even more than our signature purple seal.

The PurpleFire™ PinPoint is our internally orienting perforating system that does what it’s designed to do—put holes exactly where you want them.

We designed fixes for the headaches that crews complain about the most. The grounding is triple-redundant. The design is plug-and-play. The system is built to run with the charges and tools you’re already comfortable with.

One supervisor in Midland summed it up better than we ever could: “PinPoint is so easy, it made me cry.”

Everybody talks safety. Some companies even set annual goals and bonuses around safety. We don’t because working safely shouldn’t be a reward. It’s an expectation.

At Repeat Precision, BBSs and JSAs aren’t annoying acronyms we throw around. They aren’t pointless paperwork, either. They’re the way we start the day and the way we protect each other.

One quick example: our field techs perform JSAs for each job site they visit, even if it isn’t a customer requirement. There’s no such thing as “I only do it because I have to.” Our pros treat safety like part of the job, because it is.

If you’re running our tools, you’re not just getting purple gear. You’re getting a team that takes safety seriously, too. Head down to the comments and let us know how your operation does safety right.

Most days, Matt Merron isn't in the field. He's one of the reasons the field team can do their job.

As Product Manager at Repeat Precision, Matt's day is about keeping the product line moving without dropping threads. That means discussions with engineers to review a design change, then jumping to a procedure update, then fielding a compatibility question from the team—and making sure none of those conversations stay siloed.

A typical morning might start with a review of new test data and next test steps with the R&D team, a conversation with a supplier about an enhanced quality control, and a pre-job procedure review before our team heads out.

By afternoon, he's working through a technical document or reviewing a drawing revision that will eventually show up in a wellbore somewhere in the Permian or Haynesville. Whatever he’s working on, you can always see Matt’s work shine through in product line enhancements and reliability.

If you’re frac’ing in Oklahama or Tulsa and you don't know Chance Hinkle, you haven't been in the patch long enough.

Chance is our go-to for business development because he has 20+ years in the game—including a 14-year run at Innovex—and he knows every player in the basin. After years in big corporate environments, Chance joined us for the tighter crew and relentless focus on product quality.

When he isn't on the road securing deals, he’s running 130 head of cattle on his ranch or chasing his three kids to ballgames. 🐮⚾

We’re glad to have Chance on our side, and we think you’ll like having him on yours, too.

Keeping your downhole data proprietary isn’t always a competitive advantage. When you publish a study, you become the leader that everyone else wants to follow.

ConocoPhillips proved that in early 2025. They used a forensic approach to nail down what was happening underground, uncovering PurpleSeal™ as the performance benchmark. Even today, people are still talking about it.

If you aren't running your own studies, you're leaving money in the ground. And if you aren’t sharing your data, you aren’t helping the industry move forward—and you won’t do your company’s reputation any favors, either.

Read our latest article to learn why (and how) you should run your own downhole study: https://www.repeatprecision.com/news/downhole-study/?utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=article_post&utm_campaign=may_2026

You know you need a bridge plug, but do you want composite or cast iron? Here's your quick and easy reference guide:

- All composite bridge plugs are made with drillbit-friendly materials, making them great for temporary isolation and a fast, clean drill-out.
- Cast iron slip bridge plugs hold longer, thanks to the high-strength upper slips, giving you long-term holding strength.

Both options give you great isolation. But if you want faster drill-out, go composite. If you want longer isolation instead, pick one with a cast iron top slip.

It's that easy. And yes, we have both: https://www.repeatprecision.com/tools/purpleseal-composite-bridge-plug?utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=faq_post&utm_campaign=jun_2026

Service bundling sounds great on paper, with one provider and one invoice. But if the bundled plug isn’t the best tool for the job, convenience can cost you big time.

Bundled isn't always better. Having a plug expert on location, with a single product line focus, ensures you're getting the isolation you need. Not just streamlined billing.

If your frac plug is dictated by your frac crew instead of your performance goals, read this article and rethink the bundle: https://www.repeatprecision.com/news/oil-and-gas-service-bundling?utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=article_repost&utm_campaign=may_2026

We’ve noticed an interesting trend lately: more and more customers are coming to us for bridge plugs alone, even if they're still buying standard plugs elsewhere. (For now.)

Bridge plugs are mission critical, not just an accessory. Our composite bridge plug is earning its keep in every basin because it’s built with the same no-compromise engineering as the rest of the PurpleSeal™ product line.

When you need a toe prep, casing testing, D83 test, temporary wellhead isolation, or a reliable kill plug, there's no room for error. If you need a bridge plug that does the job without the drama, PurpleSeal™ has you covered: https://www.repeatprecision.com/tools/purpleseal-composite-bridge-plug?utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=product_post&utm_campaign=may_2026
