Snow Blowing/Shoveling Crew Members Needed!

We are a Landscape contractor located in Lee, MA and we are seeking motivated candidates with positive attitude to join our Snow Blowing and Shoveling Crews for the upcoming season! Duties include, but not limited to, snow blowing and shoveling snow for the 2025-2026 Winter Season. Please reach out to us with interest.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Working cell phone
-Reliable transportation to and from our site in Lee
-*Must be willing to be “on call” and ready for all winter events 24/7
-*Must be able attend all storms
-Must enjoy working in the winter elements
-Able to work long hours for duration of all storms
-Proven candidates have the option to obtain full time employment in Spring 2026 with our construction crews

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-Safely operate snow shovel, blower and apply ice melt to walkways
-Must be able to get to our location 1 hour from time called
-Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
-Valid Driver’s license with clean record...

Here at Irish Trucking we’re deeply saddened to share that a few days ago we not only lost an employee, we lost a family member. Eddie joined our team over 18 years ago plowing snow and it didn't take long before he was working here full time. It didnt matter if he was driving a dump truck or tractor trailer he would do it all with not a single complaint just a smile and a wave.. From a 500 mile day to a 4 hour quick plow call he was always there no matter what it took.
Hes been part of Garys life since he could walk and loosing him is hard to even put into words..
We ask that you keep Eddie’s family in your prayers. He will be deeply missed beyond words..
