A few pics of a remodel project we are wrapping up from over the winter! Our sister company Duperron Designs Inc. and Christina Duperron did the interior design.
We expanded the guest bath 6" to make it a bit roomier, added a window and replaced the tub with a custom tiled shower and all new materials and fixtures. We are waiting on shower door and mirror to be installed yet.
We changed the entire layout of the master bath to make a much more functional space, changing the window size, creating a large custom shower and all new materials and fixtures. Still waiting on the shower glass and mirror.
We completely changed the layout of the kitchen, tore out two walls and added a window. It used to be completely closed off from the dining and living areas. The client loves to cook and wanted guests to be in their space comfortably when over, so we created an open floor plan where entry, dining, kitchen and living all flow into one another. It also makes the house feel so much bigger!
We are working on the tile Mexican tile backsplash today that the client requested, so that is a work in progress yet. Note that the cabinet hardware matches the hand painted backsplash tiles too!
