Old buildings come with challenges you don’t always find in new construction. This 100+ year-old project at Carleton College was no exception, with block and brick walls that required extensive skim coating and lamination to create smooth, seamless finished surfaces.

Some projects mean a little more because of the impact they'll have for years to come.

We are proud to celebrate the completion of The Bookmatch in Sandstone, MN. This project is a beautiful transformation of a long-vacant historic school into 32 workforce housing apartments. It's incredible to see a building that has been part of the community for generations given a new purpose while helping address a real housing need.

To our S&Y team - thank you for your hard work, craftsmanship, and dedication throughout this project. The recognition this project is receiving is a reflection of the pride you bring to your work every day, and we couldn't be prouder of what you've accomplished!
