We specialize in innovative and creative modular/offsite construction, like modular schools, medical, commercial, places of worship, government buildings and much more. Our "Fleet" buildings lead the

industry in efficiency standards. Made with energy-efficient roofs and windows, double sub-floors, grade 1 hardware and carpet tiles - this is in sharp contrast to industry norms. Since our founding in 2000, MBSI has built a reputation as a business that provides its clients with the highest level of service possible. MBSI can assist you with the building design, and bring to light new and exciting products for the exterior and interior finishes. We value engineer the project to give our clients the maximum return on their investment. From start to finish MBSI manages the project to the highest standard.

MBSI recently completed work on a Reentry Facility in Tampa, Fl. The project consisted on the delivery and setup of 20 floors for a correctional rehabilitation center totaling 15,586 square feet. We appreciate the opportunity of working with and look forward to working with them again in the future.
