Proud to share the completion of the St. Cloud City Hall Chambers renovation. 🏛️

This project included approximately 3,800 sq. ft. on the 3rd floor, including the Council Chambers, common areas, and elevator lobby.

The scope of work included selective demolition, framing, drywall, wall finishes, vinyl wrapping of doors and the dais desk, along with electrical and HVAC upgrades.

We’re honored to contribute to a space that serves the community every day!

Another recently completed project by ATG ✔️

We wrapped up a 2,650 sq. ft. office renovation and tenant improvement for Capstan Financial in Clermont, transforming their space with updated corporate interiors designed for both form and function.

This project included a new lobby and conference room, updated finishes throughout private offices, and full MEP and lighting upgrades to improve functionality, efficiency, and flow.
