Tech Tip Tuesday: Does your commercial pool heater have flame roll outs? It’s likely due to excessive buildup on the heat exchanger from condensation and debris. When inlet temperatures fall less then 120 degrees the heat exchanger begins to sweat and corrode (green stuff) making the flame and heat work around the restrictions, therefore causing the flame and heat to come out the front not through the exchanger and exhaust. Check bypass and thermostat springs 😉
