We are seeking long-term, career-oriented individuals to join our team as our Drilled Shaft Superintendent. Mammoth Constructors, LLC was founded in 2006 and we specialize in deep foundations for FDOT structures, communication towers, substations, and commercial buildings. We provide professional drilling services to our clients in the government, private and commercial sectors through-out the southeast United States.
Our ideal Candidates will support our core goals and focus to elevate our company to the next level.
What You will be Doing:
• Supervise all aspects of foundation installations in the field
• Manage and train field personnel
• Communicate, coordinate and co-operate with field inspectors, clients, suppliers & office support
• Be a Team Player and deliver respectable conduct
• Demonstrate commitment to Mammoths Health & Safety Programs and Policies
• Be a Leader, Mentor and Coach to field personnel for personal and company growth
• Be able to work Out-of-Town Monday through Friday
What You Bring:
• 2+ years of foundation construction experience
• 2+ years Supervising experience and personnel development skills
• Be Physically Fit to perform all aspects of foundation installations
• OSHA 30 certification
• Clean CDL and be insurable
• Analytical and Critical thinking. Impromptu problem-solving skills
