This position offers a flexible schedule (ranging from part-time to full-time hours) depending on company and employee needs.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Manage financial accounts & reconciliations
• Handle A/P & A/R in QuickBooks Online
• Create invoices, process payments & prepare estimates
• Receive and bill hauling tickets
• Process weekly payroll
• Manage tax filings, documents & project files
• Support daily administrative tasks

🔹 Qualifications:
• Bookkeeping/accounting knowledge
• QuickBooks Online & Microsoft Office skills
• Strong organization & communication
• Construction experience is a plus
