On April 15th, we joined Shopoff Realty Investments and an other incredible teams to break ground on Bolsa Pacific at Westminster, transforming 83+ acres of the former Westminster Mall into a thriving mixed-use community right here in Orange County. This landmark project will deliver 2,250 homes (for rent and for sale).
Watching that excavator take its first swing was a moment none of us will forget. This is what is possible when the right people come together and we are honored to play our part in bringing this vision to life.
