Are you more attached to that old deck than it is to your house? Give us a call 509-863-3603 to get a new build or spruce up your existing deck. We do it all!
Here’s a footing & beam retro fit we did on a 20 year old deck that had good bones, but the old footings were failing causing the posts and flush beam were pulling away from the house.
We re-leveled the deck, retro fitted load calculated footings, posts and beams. Another job completed and another happy customer.

If your roofer says they can build you a deck ask for referrals and examples of completed jobs.
This customer hired a roofer to do a deck and the new $20k deck had elevation discrepancy’s up to 1 1/4”. We had to carefully remove the decking, totally demo the frame, repour proper footings, reframe, redeck and add railing.
Always research your contractor on L&I’s contractor lookup and make sure they’re in good standing.
We are not the cheapest deck contractor but we stand behind everything we do. Give us a call to get your deck project on the fall schedule 509-863-3603
