We had a few sunny days for some progress on the exterior of this home! This is a special project for repeat clients who needed more space for their family. Located on a large wooded lot, there will be lots of opportunity for fun- including the golf simulator in the pool house 🙌🏼

We can’t let the month end without celebrating this feature in the Southern Living March Issue with GE Cafe Appliances! These beautiful matte white appliances were part of the kitchen. They were the perfect choice in this home, and they look even better in print! 🙌🏼

We recently spent a few days in Fairhope, Alabama, for the Southern Living Home Summit. The Summit is an amazing way to connect with our SL Custom Builder Group- a huge source of knowledge and support for us.

Will was able to present on a Fortified Standard panel, and the economic forecast for the home industry is always fun. Florence actually made it on a list this year as the #6 place Nashville residents are relocating!

A wonderful time with wonderful people!

Take a look back at this gorgeous home that was designed to maximize outdoor living year round, no matter the weather- even when dealing with our current temperature swings! When the weather is nice, the Pella pass through window from the kitchen and two large bifold doors can be opened to the back deck to create one cohesive indoor/outdoor space. If you need shade or a retreat from rain or bugs, retractable screens protect a portion of the deck. In cooler weather, infrared heaters and a 9’ Isokern Magnum fireplace warm the outdoor living area. The pool area remains usable year round as well with a heated spa, pool and fire pit. To top it all off, durable products like TimberTech decking and Alabama limestone were chosen because of the rain, snow and humidity we experience in the South!

Shoals area, don't forget to watch the video from yesterday on how to keep your pipes going into and out of the water heater from freezing. The long periods below below 20 degrees will put us at high risk for frozen pipes.
