Here’s some photos of a new home project we are finishing up that was picked up by us in September last year. The home owner had a bad experience with another contractor and called us in the finish the project. After months of hard work this 4500 sq/ft house with 3 car garage is almost complete. The photos don’t do this house the justice it deserves and we will have move photos on it soon. Please when choosing a contractor, ask for references from previous clients. Reputation is everything, and the ones that don’t have a good one... well there is a reason for that.

Some deck inspiration for you all, the first one is a pool deck that will be maintenance free for years to come. All composite decking with hidden fasteners makes this deck perfect for bare feet around the pool. No pesky nails to catch the bottoms of your feet. Not to mention the fact that it will never rot, no need for stain or paint, and the grip when wet is fantastic. All wrapped with vinyl railing that will last forever and is incredibly sturdy, with a self closing gate to match. The second deck eliminated the old landing at the top of the steps for a new spacious wooden deck with beautiful black spindle raining. The deck skirting was the perfect craftsmanship to cover the underneath, which also is used for some outdoor storage. The addition of some new lighting and some low voltage step lights and up lighting make this project look all the better. Previous bathroom remodel we completed. The client was handicapped and needed assistance to shower previously. We installed a full custom bathroom, complete with assisting grab bars, walk in shower, hand held shower head,electric raidant floor heat in both the bathroom as well as the shower, and even bluetooth speakers in the lights. The client can now do this things with little to no assistance and is ecstatic about it.
