Advanced Underground Advanced Underground is a family owned horizontal directional drilling company servicing central Illinois to Central Iowa.

Must be able to run a directional and run a locator for utilities. Must have a class A CDL license to pull equipment. Must be have great reference of work experience and great attendance. We hire team players with great work ethics. Pay based on years of experience. Must have been a directional drill operator at least 2 years. This is seasonal from April through December.

Must be able to perform duties like hand digging holes to spot utilities, getting job ready for the day, cleaning up trucks, equipment and job area, running small machinery such as skid loader and excavators. Must be able to work outside in all weather, have great attendance, willing to receive directions for the day and perform them, and willing to advance in the company to operator with getting CDL license. Must have experience with running small machinery such as mini excavator, skid loader and other equipment.
