One project we’re especially proud of was for a customer who upgraded from an older gas heating system to a high-efficiency heat pump. This upgrade not only provides year-round comfort but also lowers energy costs—and they were able to take advantage of incentives from the power company to make the switch even more affordable.

Just closed on a home? System not cooling like it should?

This customer’s HVAC system was only 3 years old but wasn’t keeping up — high humidity and poor cooling were the main complaints. The indoor air filter was completely clogged, and airflow was restricted.

After a professional coil cleaning with the right chemicals and a fresh air filter, we had another happy customer!

With the extreme cold temperatures we’ll be enduring around the Pine Belt this week, some heat pumps will struggle to heat your home. If you start to experience this issue, simply go to your thermostat and there will be a selection that will say emergency heat/auxiliary heat. Change your thermostat out of heat to one of those settings. This will allow your home to be heated with your backup electric strip heat until our temperatures get back to normal. App controlled/smart thermostats may need some tweaking inside the app for emergency/auxiliary heating. Hope this helps you and it may save you an expensive service call fee.
