Hatch Stamping had the opportunity to host students from Lincoln Middle School as part of the Washtenaw ISD CTE program, From Curiosity to Careers—a 9-week initiative designed to connect students with real-world experiences in advanced manufacturing, robotics, and engineering.

During their visit, students kicked things off at Sales and Tech, where they learned how engineering, sales, and quality work together to bring ideas to life. From there, they toured our Industrial operations to see those concepts in action.

Programs like this play a critical role in helping students explore career pathways and see what’s possible in manufacturing.
