One of our favorite projects are additions. This was one was completed last summer. Although - fall additions are our favorites haha!

This one was approx 400sq feet and turned a patio into a beautiful living space with huge windows to enjoy nature. Stopped by a few weeks ago to discuss another project and it reminded me that I needed to do a post!

Busy summer is almost over so time to post some pictures of past jobs! Easy bath reno in a townhouse. Painting the existing cabinets, installing new granite tops, LVP on the floor and new paint all goes a long way. But the biggest change was taking out the tub surround and putting in a tiled walk in shower. What a difference!

Another completed kitchen remodel.

Homeowner wanted to expand the bar area and add cabinets in the dining area. We increased the bar with cabinets underneath. It was so large, we used one piece of granite on it (no seams!) and took multiple guys to carry it in. We were all holding our breath!

Our favorite part? The beautiful lighting over the bar that the owner chose! So beachy!

Love how this kitchen remodel turned out as well! Removed the wall separating the living room and kitchen to open it up. Also installed a much bigger kitchen window to give light and showcase a beautiful backyard.

Client had an amazing eye for design and picked beautiful options! It is easy to make this kitchen look good with these choices.

Another completed remodel in Cary. This was a fun "before" video the client took on demo day. This was another remodel where an LVL beam was needed as we took out the wall separating the kitchen from the adjoining living room to open up the space.

Catching up on our pictures. Another great kitchen remodel in Cary.

In this one, there was a wall separating the small kitchen from the rarely used living room. So we put in a LVL and opened it up to create a beautiful dining room. This allowed us to expand the kitchen into the smaller previous dining room.
