Beautiful Homes 🎃 Builder Jump Scares

Things that go bump in the night have nothing on some of the frights we find on a jobsite.

Turning vision and inspiration into the place our clients get to call home is our specialty.

The rendering offers the first glimpse of what’s to come, but it’s the framing, conversations, meetings, problem solving, and bespoke selections along the way that make it a home.

Once just imagined, this home is now ready for a lifetime of memories.

🏔️ Sometimes the best stories start with a little mountain dreaming 💭

Before we were helping families build their dream homes in the mountains, Kim and Jan were dreaming up something of their own.

For more than 40 years, the Hibbs family has called both St. Louis and Park City home. Long before we built our first home in Utah, Kim and Jan were making memories there and falling in love with the land, architecture, and people that make this place so special.

In 2018, sitting along Main Street watching the Fourth of July parade, they started talking about bringing the custom home building practices they'd spent years refining in St. Louis to the place their family had loved for decades.

And in early 2020, that dream on Main Street became a reality.

Since then, we've built a local mountain home building team grounded in our values of communication and transparency and is committed to making every client's experience as extraordinary as the home they're building.

It's a special thing to help other families make a home in a place that has meant so much to ours. And we're grateful to be part of their stories.

🏡 A lot happens between the day you decide to build custom and the day you get your keys. 🔑

A beautiful home is no accident and your team is your partner in making it happen. While you and your designer bring your vision into focus, our project managers are busy making sure all the pieces come together.

From checking in with trades and walking job sites to coordinating the to-dos and details that go into building a custom home, no two days look quite the same for our project managers.

Come along for a little peek at a day in our St Louis PM Kathlee’s life!

Firepit season is back! 🍂🔥

Maybe it's an excuse to invite everyone over for dinner and s'mores, or a place to sit outside and unwind during blue hour. Either way, those cozy nights around the fire are exactly the kind of moments worth designing a home around.

We love seeing all the different ways our homeowners have made room for fall evenings that last just a little longer.

Don't forget the marshmallows!

You love a dozen different design styles and inspiration photos and design visions are dancing through your head. Now you're wondering: how is this all going to come together?

The beauty of custom home building is that every homeowner brings their own vision to the table. Bringing it all together is where a talented designer comes in clutch.

In episode seven of The Art of Custom podcast, we're talking with one of our Park City mountain design partners, Erin Walker of Erin Walker Studio, and our St Louis in-house lead designer, Ann Fritz, about how they turn your mountains of ideas into a cohesive design that lives as beautifully as it looks.
