👋 Meet the Team Behind TI Construction

At T.I. Construction, our success is built on more than steel studs, drywall, and project schedules—it’s built through people.

🔶 Ted Imsen – President & CEO
With 4 decades of industry experience, Ted leads TIC with a commitment to quality, integrity, and lasting client relationships.

🔶 Ariel France – Controller & CFO
Ariel keeps our operations running smoothly behind the scenes, overseeing the financial health and administrative functions that keep projects moving forward.

🔶 Daniel Imsen – PM & COO
Working with our clients, project teams, and field crews, Daniel works to ensure projects stay on track from preconstruction through closeout.

As a family-owned company, we take pride in building strong relationships, delivering quality work, and treating every project with care and precision.

We look forward to continuing to build.
