Even the nicest and most well maintained structures can have surprises. Termites snuck in under the concrete board siding on this garage space and worked their way up to the structural header that runs the full length of the room. Eating the header and everything on their way up. Fortunately we found it when we did and replaced the entire structural header before any other damage was done.

This old 4’ wide cedar walkway had multiple levels and had seen better days. So we replaced it with a new 5’ wide walkway to make it more comfortable, and ramped it from the driveway to the door to eliminate any steps. To finish it off, we chose Trex decking and metal Verticable handrails. We’re confident this walkway last for much longer, and require far less maintenance. Which can be a challenge in the woods.

This client saw pictures of the floating cabinetry we designed for a basement media room we built last winter and wanted them in their new TV room. We worked with them to modify the design and materials to fit their needs, and we’re excited to see them in place. These cabinets are custom built with a white laminate finish and a custom built white laminate countertop. And, of course, dimmable under lighting.

This new shower has it all. Curbless entry, seamless solid surface walls and bench seat, frameless door, and the entire bathroom, including shower, has electric radiant heat. We’re proud of how this project turned out and glad these homeowners chose us to design and build their new bathroom.
