A quick look back at World Pork Expo.

Two days of customer meetings, industry conversations, and a lot of excitement about where livestock technology is headed.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the BarnTools booth, shared ideas, and spent time with our team. Looking forward to seeing you again next year.

The BarnTalk Wireless Dry Contact Sensor provides a simple way to monitor power, generators, controllers, feed systems, water pressure switches, and other equipment connected to a relay.

Designed to work with the BarnTalk platform, the sensor wirelessly communicates with the BarnTalk Gateway and sends alerts when equipment status changes.

Installation is simple. Mount the sensor to a wall using screws or zip ties, or attach it directly to a metal surface using the built-in heavy-duty magnets. Place the sensor within approximately 700 feet of the BarnTalk Gateway, connect the dry contact wiring, and begin monitoring.

The brains behind the BarnTalk platform.

The BarnTalk 4G Gateway serves as the central hub for your monitoring system, connecting wireless sensors, monitoring critical conditions, and delivering alerts when something needs attention.

Designed specifically for livestock production, the Gateway automatically connects to the strongest available cellular network, eliminating the need for WiFi, landlines, or hotspots. It also creates a local LoRa network capable of connecting up to 24 wireless sensors across your operation.

BarnTools helps growers stay connected to their barns with real-time monitoring and alerts designed specifically for livestock production.

Because peace of mind starts with knowing what's happening inside the barn, even when you're not there.

At BarnTools, we’re proud to support the growers who keep America’s poultry and pork industries moving forward. Every day, they manage animal care, environmental conditions, feed, water, labor, and countless operational details that keep production running.

That’s why we build technology designed to help growers catch problems sooner, respond faster, and manage with confidence, whether they’re overseeing a single barn or an entire operation.

With the BarnTalk app, growers can monitor environmental conditions, feed activity, and water consumption from anywhere, with visibility across entire sites, individual barns, or specific rooms and lines.

Track temperature, humidity, feed flow, and water usage trends in real time. Identify unexpected changes, receive alerts when conditions fall outside normal thresholds, and respond before small issues become larger problems.

The BarnTalk Wireless Water Meter uses ultrasonic technology to measure water flow without any moving internal parts. Unlike traditional mechanical meters, there are no impellers or turbines that can wear out, corrode, or become inaccurate due to mineral buildup.

Designed for integration with the BarnTalk alarm platform, the Wireless Water Meter provides real-time water consumption monitoring at the site, barn, room, or line level.

Water consumption is one of the earliest indicators of flock health and performance.

Changes in water usage can signal issues before they become visible in the barn. A sudden drop may indicate health challenges, equipment problems, or environmental stress, while unexpected increases can point to leaks, drinker issues, or changes in flock behavior.

Why monitor barn temperature?

When temperatures rise beyond a pig’s comfort zone, feed intake often decreases as pigs eat less to reduce metabolic heat production. Prolonged heat stress can lead to slower growth, reduced feed efficiency, increased water consumption, reproductive challenges, and, in severe cases, increased mortality.

Continuous temperature monitoring helps producers identify changes early and respond before animal performance is affected.
