28 years ago Kevin launched Spartan Builders Design & Contract, Inc. after working in the home building industry almost 20 years and growing up working with his father building homes in Tampa.
From word of mouth referrals, repeat customers, friends and family, we have operated without a web site and no advertising. With the onset of new technology, customers still need the human element of guidance, advice and trust to build their dream home or build a commercial building.
We are beyond grateful to our hometown support, our long time subcontractors and especially our customers who have entrusted us as their builder.
