With yearly service, you’re going to save yourself from costly repairs, and you can extend its lifespan by at least 25% and it will run about 20% more Efficiently. Proud to announce, we just ordered the best machine on the market. It’s called the Roto-Beast. This thing can suck a golf ball through a garden hose. Thats what the equipment salesman tells me anyways. It has 4 vacuum motors and scrubs simultaneously. We are working to get another Brodys van on the road by the end of the year. Progress is being made. Cheers 😁

I was the wiz of my class. Near the end my instructor had me helping teach the class. That’s something I’ll always be proud of. Seems to be this way in every educational program I’ve ever taken.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: New dryer vent guidelines are taking effect which most likely affect your household. Consumer reports, leading Dryer manufacturers & new residential safety codes warn against Vinyl & foil accordion style dryer vents. Dryers require a minimum of 4 inches to safely ventilate, & both styles contain deep ridges that narrow to 3.25 inches and cause airflow restriction & heat back-up. These ridges create deep pockets where flammable lint quickly collects and encourages clogging. They easily crush & cause airflow restriction if the dryer is pushed back too far. Furthermore, they do not contain and extinguish fire like a solid metal vent would. After a few years the material deteriorates with holes and even a tiny ember can get enough oxygen to rapidly ignite. Loose clothing & flammable cleaning chemicals are common in laundry rooms, you can have a raging fire in under 90 seconds.
