I think perhaps the Chinese are trying to drive me crazy, three"cabinets" with two different size eyelets... the small eyelets are the same as the five soft cabinets I have in my own van and then there's this 🙄

And besides that today I'm working on the slider overhead, and installed slider door upper storage pockets which I did not take a picture of.
.. the end is in sight.

I have come to the conclusion that I have two, maybe three full builds left in me, I'm just getting too old and worn out...

I have come to the conclusion that I have two, maybe three full builds left in me, I'm just getting too old and worn out so...

 I am consulting/supervising  the remodel and retrofit of this vintage 190 versatile.

I will be fabricating and assembling the control panels and doing all of the wiring and fitting for the power system but for the most part this job is teaching these kids how to safely operate the necessary tools and build in a world where nothing is square, level, plumb, or flat.

This should've been easy, but it wasn't 😒 they are kind of neat though I'll come back and talk about VanEssentials organ...

Supervising the retrofit of a 32 year-old class B (1994 Roadtrek van conversion) gas generator, propane appliances, lead acid batteries all removed... Victron Solar, shore power, and DC to DC charging for 570 amp hours (7168wh) (of lithium iron phosphate batteries, 600A(nominal) of panels.

Just about "there", perhaps the craziest build I've ever been involved with. Everything's pretty much fully functional and it's down to making it look nice (a whole heck of a lot of trim work, window casement, flooring... ) and adding the necessary van"equipment" (neat little soft side storage cabinets etc. etc.) I seriously doubt it's going to happen, but if I ever do another ProMaster build I'm gonna start with reinforcing all the metalwork first. I never imagined there would be so much twist and flex in the chassis.

 Regardless of the torturous path it took to get there it has turned out pretty nice.

This is probably going to be interesting...

I an consulting (supervising) the modernization of a 1994 van conversion (I'm guessing I will probably wind up building the solar/split electrical and electronics systems for them)

All of the old stuff is coming out of there (propane, lead acid batteries, grossly inefficient power sources and appliances) it amazes me how much technology has advanced in the past 30 years.

Nice young couple, let's see if I can get them through this without causing a divorce.
