Leaking backed up kitchen sink Grease clog!

Fixing the heat pump unit that keeps freezing over and going into protection mode. Dirty, wrong size air filter was the cause. Also, the event blower motor cap was out of specs. Contactor had pitting and carbon buildup. Replace both, added proper air filter, and that did the trick.

A/C not blowing cold just warm air. Checked unit determined it was the capacitor, and replaced. Did visual inspection of components, and amp draw check on compressor. All good.
