Furnace season is just around the corner. With temperatures dropping into the mid 40’s this week make sure to call us at Cunningham Mechanical for a fall furnace service. The service will cost 75.00 for first furnace and 50.00 for each additional furnace. The service will include drain cleaning, flame sensor check/cleaning, vent check/ cleaning, blower motor and exhaust motor check(amp draw), element check(amp draw) and filter check and change if necessary (filter provided at additional cost). If you have a heat pump, the unit will be washed and checked to be in working order (compressor amp draw, condensing fan motor amp draw, refrigeration check will be done). With some parts difficult to get in a timely manner, this year is more important than any to make sure you won’t be left without heat. Our number is 812-887-1914.
