Up at the repeater site this last labor day weekend to do some more stuff. Nice weather, and one of our guys Wyatt from the club get to see all the goodness at the repeater site, he also brought along his banjo. I was a good time. James KY4TRK is getting into trying to learn more about working with repeaters. The Club just gained a low level repeater location in Visalia California, donated some of it's equipment to are club = by the Porterville Amateur Repeater Association. A newer repeater system will be going in at the location as the old system was partially gutted out a few years ago.

The gutted system date's back to the 80's/90's and it used card's and was somewhat program driven. The folks who new about this equipment are mostly long gone and so are the programs/software/ and knowledge into how these systems operated.

Here's to have this location online in the next week or so.

The Tulare County Amateur Radio Club TCARC Tulare County Amateur Radio Club TCARC is putting the word out. We Have a Bunch of old repeaters GE's with a pot load of parts and pieces for them. Some Motorola units. All for sale one of the images has the rack. The rack on filters we are keeping. The insides can be taken out. We need to part ways with some of these old equipment systems.
