KLM Construction Inc. was founded and incorporated in 2002 by Joseph Penta of Waltham, Massachusetts. KLM Construction is a family owned and operated construction company specializing in home renovations, additions, new construction, siding, and more. Known as “Mr. Fix It” to his family and friends, Joseph had a knack for being handy from a young age. So, after working in the construction industry for over 20 years, he and his wife decided to incorporate their own construction company. To many, K, L, and M are just three sequential letters in the English alphabet. But to Joseph they are more than just three letters, they are his reason to put his work boots on every day. K, L, and M are the initials of his wife, Karen, daughter, Lauren, and son, Matthew.
Over the last 20 years, Joseph has created a reputation across the greater Boston area for excellence and care, and he has added to his family with the addition of his son in law, Nick, future daughter in law, Vanessa, and newest member of the family, his grandson, Leo. The care and love for his family translates into the work that Joseph does every day.
