With the temps they are predicting this weekend I would like to take a second and give some advice. If you have baseboard hot water heat, turn off the pellet and woodstoves. You want the water running through the pipes as much as possible to avoid freezing and possibly bursting them. Our guys were out straight the last cold snap fixing frozen pipes with service calls up to $5200 from freezing pipes

That time of year again. We are running crazy with service calls, finishing scheduled installs and dealing with emergency ones. If you reached out for a tune up and we haven't gotten to you, please be patient. We try to get them as quick as we can but also prioritize emergency work over tune ups. With the storm coming in, I am closing down until the roads are safe. We will only respond to absolute emergency calls like no heat or leaking oil. For the safety of my help and the snow removal people, we will take care of all other calls once it's safe. Stay warm and stay safe!

Anyone have heavy duty shelving? Looking for about 30' long, 2' deep and 7'-9' tall. Setting up shop in one of my overseas container. Planned on building them but if I find some, it will be faster and easier

Like to take a second to say happy birthday to Bailey! I can't believe it's been as long as it has that he has been with me. I would put Bailey up against any tech out there and am grateful that he works with us. The company wouldn't be what it is with out my guys and he leads the way.

Well, did my first mini split job with Joseph O'Keefe . Him and Bailey Gilman have been doing them but this was my first. Jumped in the deep end- 4 head job with 2 on interior walls. Went good but a whole different animal after 31 years of oil burners!

I feel I should point out that Joe was telling me what to do. He knows the ins and outs of installing them. I was like a fish out of water. Bailey and Joe have it figured out! I'm lucky to have the help I do and they take pride in what we do here!
